c) Upon receiving an order cancellation request, we will promptly cancel your order. The refund procedure will be set in motion within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.
d) The refund sum will never exceed the amount paid by the customer. Under no circumstances will DISCOUNT SHOPS be liable for any loss or claim surpassing the customer’s paid amount.
