Cancellation Policy

  1. a) Customers are granted the privilege to cancel their order prior to its dispatch. Once the order is dispatched or is in transit, cancellation is no longer feasible. We typically initiate order processing within 24 hours of order receipt.
  2. b) Order cancellation can be accomplished by accessing your “Profile” page, navigating to the “My Orders” section, selecting the specific order, and clicking on the “Cancel Order” button. Please note that the “Cancel Order” button will be inaccessible if DISCOUNT SHOPS  has already begun processing the order.
  3. c) Upon receiving an order cancellation request, we will promptly cancel your order. The refund procedure will be set in motion within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.
  4. d) The refund sum will never exceed the amount paid by the customer. Under no circumstances will DISCOUNT SHOPS be liable for any loss or claim surpassing the customer’s paid amount.
  5. e) DISCOUNT SHOPS retains full discretion to modify the cancellation policy periodically to enhance the shopping experience. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the updated policy before placing an order to prevent miscommunication or confusion.
