– State the recipient’s address and Order ID on the package’s front side

– Ensure the item is clean and secure with its original tags, labels, documentation, and barcodes within the package

– Choose a logistics company that provides a tracking ID for easy tracking and safety assurance

Guidelines for Simplified Returns and Refunds

– Courier charges for item returns are not covered by DISCOUNT SHOPS

– No refunds or compensation are offered in the event of a price drop after order placement or receipt
